For Mental Health Awareness Month, we encouraged people to check in on how they’re feeling throughout the day with actual permission slips.

We launched the campaign with mental health advocate and brand spokesperson, Michael Phelps.

Results

The campaign allowed Talkspace to promote its network of therapists and increase new appointments by 14% for Mental Health Awareness Month.
